What is CrossFit?

Unlike typical gyms and gym workouts, CrossFit involves many different aspects from a range of sports combined into a daily WOD – Work Out Of The Day. This can include Gymnastics, Olympic lifting, Metabolic Conditioning, Strength and Conditioning training.

Workouts are entirely scaleable – the type of movement and the volume of work being interchangeable, so anyone from beginners through to experienced CrossFit’ers can find a suitable level to push themselves through.

More than all of that however, CrossFit is a unique community-centred way of fitness where you can make friends, workout and achieve your fitness goals in a fun and welcoming environment.
